These Terms govern your use of the official website of the School of Nursing, Duncan Hospital, Raxaul, Bihar, and any services accessed through it, including admission enquiries and online fee payments. 2 Eligibility & Admission

Admission to the GNM programme is subject to eligibility criteria prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council and the Bihar State Nursing Council. Meeting minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee admission.

Applicants must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent from a recognised board with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
Minimum age and health fitness requirements as specified by the INC must be met
Submission of false information will result in immediate cancellation without refund

3 Payment Terms

Fee payments made through our online portal are processed by a third-party gateway (Razorpay or as indicated). By initiating a payment, you agree:

All fees must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
Fee structures are subject to revision each academic year
Payment of admission/registration fees confirms your intent to enrol
The Institution is not responsible for failures arising from bank/payment network errors
Failed transactions will be refunded to the source account within 7–10 working days

4 Refund Policy

The following refund policy applies to all fees paid to the Institution:

Registration/Application Fee: Non-refundable under all circumstances
Before commencement (≥30 days): Refund less ₹2,000 or 10% (whichever is lower)
15–29 days before commencement: Up to 50% refund at administration's discretion
Within 14 days or after: No refund will be issued
After joining: No refund of any academic fees
Failed/duplicate payments: Refunded within 7–10 working days upon verification

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Administrative Office.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and course materials — is the intellectual property of the School of Nursing, Duncan Hospital, or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission.

6 Limitation of Liability

The Institution endeavours to ensure that all information published on this website is accurate. However, we make no warranties regarding completeness or accuracy.
